To enroll in a class, please download the Enrollment Form and mail it to the address below: A deposit of $50 per child payable to Bay Area School of Etiquette will be required to confirm the reservation. The deposit is used toward payment of class which is made on the first day of class. To cancel and receive a refund, requests need to be received up to FIVE working days before the program begins.
